Mobile Broadband is NOT recommended anymore

For everyone that I have recommended to use mobile broadband from either AT&T or Verizon Wireless, do NOT subscribe to this service as your only Internet connection.

Both companies have chosen to put a cap on their download limits, and they WILL charge a huge usage fee.  I know from experience.

Both of these companies have taken what once was a good idea, and destroyed it.  I have a usage fee of $300+ due to overage.  That is just absurd.  Apparently I was changed to their highest usage plan (at 5 Gb) and went over that limit.

You can get a top of the line cable internet (plus the whole cable package) for less than that.

Millions of people are struggling to communicate in English, except…

All over the world, there are millions of people struggling to communicate in English.

Except in the US.

Here in the US, millions of English speaking Americans are struggling to communicate with their neighbors in Spanish.

The US can’t seem to pass a law requiring English to be the official language, so why don’t we just make Spanish the official language and get it over with.

What do you think?  And yes, there SHOULD be an official language.  If not, where do you draw the line, and how much money should you have to spend printing legal notices?  If you print in English and Spanish, why not German, why not Japanese, why not Chinese?  Why not Lacynese?
